Removing your ECU is straightforward and takes only about 10 minutes. Your vehicle’s ECU is located behind the glove box. Simply remove the glove box to access it, unplug the connectors, and remove the nuts holding it in place. No special tools are needed—a Phillips-head screwdriver, a 10 mm socket and a plastic pry tool will do the job.
